Hire West End Community House

West End Community House has a meeting room available for hire, with a kitchenette, bathroom and outdoor space. It also features a mini gallery of paintings by members of our local art group. There are tea and coffee making facilities, refrigeration, and tables and seating for approximately 20 people. The space is located under West End Community House and three off-street parking spaces are available.

Business Rates:
Per hour $35 (inc. GST)
Half day (4 consecutive hours) rates of $130* (inc. GST)
Full day (8 consecutive hours) rates of $240* (inc. GST)
Cleaning fee (if space is not cleaned by hirer) $50/hr (inc. GST)

Funded Groups:
Per hour $25 (inc. GST)
Half day (4 consecutive hours) rates of $90* (inc. GST)
Full day (8 consecutive hours) rates of $175* (inc. GST)
Cleaning fee (if space is not cleaned by hirer) $50/hr (inc. GST)

Unfunded Groups:
Per hour $15 (inc. GST)
Half day (4 consecutive hours) rates of $40 (inc. GST)
Full day (8 consecutive hours) rates of $70 (inc. GST)
No cleaning fee but group MUST ensure space is left in the same condition upon exit.

Hourly Rates:
Minimum hire of two (2) hours.

Cancellations:
Must be received at least seven (7) days in advance of hire otherwise, a cancellation fee of $20 applies.

Securing Bookings:
Hire agreement forms and a copy of hirer’s Public Liability Insurance must be received within seven (7) days. Please read the Terms and Conditions before booking.
