The Yeronga Community Centre opened its doors in September 2012 and is part of the broader organisation, Community Plus+, which also includes West End Community House and Annerley Community Hub.
Initially providing information, referral to key services, food, respite, resources and activities to community members who were flood affected, the Yeronga Community Centre has developed additional services and activities to respond to broader community needs.
The Centre has a proud history, building on the achievements of the Yeronga Flood Recovery Centre, a local community initiative that responded to the Brisbane River Flood of 2011.
