Kurilpa Kiosk at the People’s Park

West End Community House

The Kurilpa Kiosk at People’s Park is a proud extension of West End Community House, serving as a vibrant hub for community connection and support.

Located on bustling Boundary Street, the Kiosk is a place where locals can come together, access resources, and engage in activities that strengthen our community.

Meet Our First Nations Officer

Kylie Dean, our dedicated First Nations Officer, activates the Kiosk, bringing life to the space with her warm presence and deep community connections.

Kylie is available on weekdays to welcome you, listen to your stories, share ideas, and offer referrals and information.

We host regular community Favourites like Feeding 4104 and the Whoopee-Do Crew for Weekly Events. Keep you eyes on our socials for unique events at the Kiosk.

In the coming months, look out for pop-up events at the Kiosk, including our Poetry Group, Art Gang exhibitions, and Women’s Group sessions during QLD Mental Health Week.

The Kiosk will continue to extend the offerings of West End Community House into the People’s Park, providing even more opportunities for

community engagement.

We invite you to drop by the Kiosk, meet Kylie, and take part in the many activities we have planned.

Whether you’re looking to connect with others, participate in an event, or simply enjoy the park, the Kurilpa Kiosk is here for you.
