Quick & Easy Apple Crumble

3 medium apples peeled cored and diced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon sugar
1/4 cup water

Crumble Topping
1/3 cup plain flour
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup rolled oats
60g butter chopped
1/2 tsp cinnamon


  1. Preheat oven to 180C/160C fan-forced. Combine apples, lemon juice, sugar and water in an 3 cup capacity ovenproof dish.
  2. To make crumble, combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, oats and butter in bowl. Use your fingertips to rub the butter into the flour mixture until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs.
  3. Sprinkle crumble mixture over the apples. Bake in over 20-25 minds or until golden. Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.
